Not all "speciality" coffee lives up to its name. Most canned and restaurant coffee is robusta - Lower grown beans that are not only cheaper but are much lower quality and flavor, often bitter. Even if they claim, "100% Colombian," the low price alone can assure you that you get what you pay for. There are many grades of coffee beans, but when you purchase Ah'roma Specialty Coffee, you are getting the highest grade and best bean we can find.

Micro-Roasting allows the roastmaster to control all of the variables that affect the roasting process so that each bean is developed to perfection. With the use of small batch roasters, the roastmaster is able to acheive a consistent blend of the world's most perfect arabica coffee!

Freshly roasted
specialty coffee peaks at 4 days old, and deteriorates after that. At about 2 weeks old, coffee flattens out and after about a month, it's stale. The oil in the bean becomes bitter and rancid.
