All 'non-consumable' products (in new, resellable condition) offered by RUNutsCo.com can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted (see product description).
Due to product safety concerns and perishability, 'consumable' products may only be returned or exchanged for reasons related to damage or packaging breaches. Any damaged 'consumable' product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
Gift certificates are non-refundable items. Purchases of special orders, customized products, altered products, and other items noted as such are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
RUNutsCo.com is not responsible for the return shipping costs of returned items. If we arrange your return shipping through FedEx return services, there may be associated fees for your return. RUNutsCo.com will assume the return shipping costs for damaged items or items sent in error.
Original Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns: once we receive your return, you will receive a credit for the amount of the returned merchandise, less the original cost of the shipment to you. This reduction in your credit amount pertains to all orders, even if your order was originally subject to a free shipping promotion.
Return Transit Damages
RUNutsCo.com will not accept items for return if they have been damaged during the return transit. When returning your item, please arrange for any necessary parcel insurance to cover the costs of the items in the event that they are lost or damaged by the chosen carrier.
Any credits due will be applied upon receipt of the returned goods.
