Versatile in blends yet able to stand on its own, this coffee has sweet nutty and mild cocoa flavors, a silky mouthfeel, and balanced acidity.

Direct from a woman-owned coffee farm in Nicaragua, this is a start up business of Johanna Amador Rodriguez from the Nueva Segovia region. Grown on native land, with less than 40 acres, her coffee placed in the top 30 as a national winner for the prestigious Cup of Excellence in 2021.

These coffees were cupped at least five different times during the competition, and scored above 85 in the specialty grade category.  You won’t be disappointed with the lovely smell, delicious flavor, and smooth crema when used for espresso.
